Disclaimer

In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("hyperlinks") that lie outside the author's area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force in the case in which the author has knowledge of the content, and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent the use in the case of illegal content. The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the link was created, no illegal content was recognizable on the pages to be linked. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked/linked pages. Therefore, he hereby expressly distances himself from all contents of all linked/linked pages that have been changed after the link was created. This statement applies to all links and references set within the author's own website as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and in all other forms of databases set up by the author, the content of which can be accessed externally. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and for damages resulting from the use or non-use of information presented in this way, only the provider of the page to which reference was made is liable, not the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.

Warning

Some plants or plant parts as well as various seeds are highly poisonous. They should therefore not be put in the mouth, eaten, drunk or used for any other purpose and kept out of the reach of children's hands. We do not accept any liability for the improper use of the seeds, plants and other products offered by us.

Excerpt from the recommendations of the ABA Association

The ABA Association expressly agrees with the position of the accident insurance funds: It is not the removal (elimination) of poisonous plants that makes pedagogical sense, but rather the examination of them. Educators must decide whether or not they want to tolerate plants that pose a certain risk in their professional environment. Many factors come together, such as the age of the children ... Children must under no circumstances grow up under the illusion that life is "idiot-proof", on the contrary, they must learn from which things threaten them. Certainly, some plants, such as monkshood or lily of the valley, have no place in working with children. On the other hand, it can also be considered to create a poison garden to expand the children's wealth of experience under the targeted guidance of competent staff.

In all questions about poisoning that can be caused by plants and fungi, the Information Centre against Poisoning in Bonn provides information around the clock on 0228/19240.

The Information Centre against Poisoning at the University of Bonn has also compiled a list of largely harmless plants, plant parts and fruits.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ find here. We are not prepared to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG and are not obliged to do so.
